Flank Steak – Grilled with Ranch Herb Butter

Ingredients:
1.5 lb flank steak
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Ranch Herb Butter:
¼ cup softened butter
1 tsp ranch seasoning
1 tsp chopped parsley
Instructions:
Whisk marinade ingredients and coat steak. Marinate 1 hour.
Grill steak over medium-high heat, 4–5 min per side for medium-rare.
Rest steak 5 min, then slice against the grain.
Mix ranch herb butter and serve dolloped over hot steak slices.
