Flank Steak – Grilled with Ranch Herb Butter

Prep Time: 10 min + 1 hr marinade
Cook Time: 10 min
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lb flank steak

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper


Ranch Herb Butter:

  • ¼ cup softened butter

  • 1 tsp ranch seasoning

  • 1 tsp chopped parsley


Instructions:

  1. Whisk marinade ingredients and coat steak. Marinate 1 hour.

  2. Grill steak over medium-high heat, 4–5 min per side for medium-rare.

  3. Rest steak 5 min, then slice against the grain.

  4. Mix ranch herb butter and serve dolloped over hot steak slices.
