How the Beef Box Works

Every month, we hand-pack a box of locally grown, Mesa Verde-raised beef and have it ready for you to pick up. No guesswork, no stress—just 20 pounds of high-quality, thoughtfully portioned cuts ready for whatever you’re cooking this month.

We do the hard part: raising, butchering, and balancing each box with a variety of cuts—roasts, steaks, ground beef, and more. You just cook, enjoy, and maybe try out one of the recipes we include!
