Osterfeld Ranches - Terms of Service

Thank you for supporting Osterfeld Ranches and our Monthly Beef Box program. By subscribing to and purchasing from Osterfeld Ranches, you agree to the following terms:

1. Food Safety Disclaimer Once meat products leave our possession (upon pickup or delivery), we are no longer responsible for the storage, handling, or cooking of those products.

• Customers are responsible for maintaining safe food temperatures and practices.

• Undercooking or improper storage may lead to foodborne illness.

• Osterfeld Ranches is not liable for any issues resulting from improper handling of beef products after transfer of possession.

2. Pickup Policy

• Monthly beef boxes will be available for pickup on a designated day each month at a Main Street location (or as otherwise communicated).

• Boxes must be picked up during the designated window. If you miss the pickup window:

  • Your box may be subject to additional storage or handling fees.

  • We may donate or redistribute unclaimed boxes after 48 hours, with no refund.

3. Subscription & Payment Terms

• By subscribing, you authorize Osterfeld Ranches to charge your card on a recurring monthly basis.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in advance.

• You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription via your customer portal at any time. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next box.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once a box has been packed.

• We do not offer refunds for failure to pick up or dissatisfaction due to personal taste or preferences.

5. Product Variability

• Each box contains a curated variety of cuts based on available inventory.

• While we strive for consistency and fairness, exact cuts and weight distributions may vary month to month.

6. Limited Liability

• Osterfeld Ranches is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, transportation issues, supplier shortages).

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.

7. Communication

• By subscribing, you agree to receive emails or text messages related to your subscription, pickup schedules, and other important updates.

• We value your privacy and will never sell or share your information with outside parties.
