Chuck Roast – Slow Cooker Ranch Roast

Cook Time: 6–8 hrs (low)
Serves: 6

Ingredients:

  • 3–4 lb chuck roast

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning

  • 1 packet au jus mix

  • ½ stick butter

  • 6 pepperoncini peppers

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions:

  1. Season roast lightly with salt and pepper.

  2. Place roast in slow cooker. Sprinkle ranch and au jus mixes over the top.

  3. Add butter and pepperoncinis on top of roast.

  4. Cover and cook on LOW 6–8 hours.

  5. Shred and serve with mashed potatoes, noodles, or rolls.
