Fiji Craft brings international food and travel together with a rotating menu inspired by destinations around the world. And when beef is on the menu, they source it right here from Osterfeld Ranches.

That means locally raised beef from Southwest Colorado might take a culinary trip to India one week, become part of a European-inspired dish another week, or find its way into something completely unexpected.

We think that's pretty fun.

It's also a good reminder that buying local beef doesn't have to mean cooking the same handful of recipes over and over again.
