Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 can black beans (drained)

  • 1 cup corn

  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • ½ tsp cumin

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: shredded cheese, avocado, tortilla chips


Instructions:

  1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain if needed.

  2. Add beans, corn, tomatoes, and seasonings.

  3. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Top with cheese, avocado, or chips. Eat with a fork or scoop like a dip!
